Summary. Digitalization technology enables rural entrepreneurs to access global markets through e-commerce and social media, driving economic growth and employment. However, uneven digital infrastructure and low digital literacy in rural areas create significant adoption barriers. A systematic review of 30 studies identifies three key themes: digitalization's role in rural entrepreneurship, the challenges and opportunities it presents, and its economic impact on rural development.
