User-centric innovation strategies for cultural creative products in China’s rural tourism
Summary. This study develops a user-centered framework for designing cultural creative products in China's rural tourism areas. Using grounded theory and the KANO model, researchers identified three core user needs: emotional identification, personalization, and quality-of-life enhancement. They applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Quality Function Deployment to translate these needs into nine key design elements. The findings show that multifunctional design, ergonomics, and integration of cultural symbols with emotional design significantly enhance product value and user experience.
